How long can I leave the tape on?
The tape can be left in place for up to two weeks. Kinesio Tape is water resistant and will stay in place when wet. Occasionally the edges may peel back and can be trimmed.
Is Kinesio Tape hypoallergenic?
Absolutely. Kinesio Tape is designed not to irritate the skin. However, in rare cases some individuals can react to the tape. If a reaction is noticed the tape should be removed immediately. Common signs that would indicate a reaction are extreme itching or a rash around and under the tape.
